Medical Transport Price List and Terms

This price list and the following terms regulate the ordering, provision, and payment of the medical transport service provided by AndMar Medics OÜ.

1. Definitions

Patient / Client – the recipient of the service.
Ordering Party – the person or institution placing the order and responsible for payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transport Service – the movement of a patient from the point of departure to the destination with the necessary assistance.
Within Tallinn – transport carried out within the administrative territory of the City of Tallinn.
Call-out fee – a fixed fee for dispatching the transport team.
Waiting time – the time from the arrival of the team at the agreed address until departure, due to reasons related to the ordering party/patient.

2. Prices

2.1. Medical transport within Tallinn*

Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00 – €55 / patient
Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00 – €75 / patient
Sat–Sun 24h – €75 / patient

Waiting time:
30 minutes free of charge; thereafter €1 / minute (€60 / hour), calculated in 10-minute intervals.

2.2. Medical transport within Estonia*

Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00
€30 call-out fee + €1.60 / km

Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00 and Sat–Sun 24h
€30 call-out fee + €1.80 / km

Example: Tallinn – Tartu: €30 + (184 km × €1.60) = €324.40
Night tariff example: Tallinn – Tartu: €30 + (184 km × €1.80) = €361.20

Waiting time: 30 minutes free of charge; thereafter €1 / minute, calculated in 10-minute intervals.

Additional fees and special conditions

Transport of a patient with an infectious risk – additional fee of €25.
Transport of an overweight patient (80+ kg) between floors – price subject to agreement.
Transport to islands – ferry ticket cost added according to actual expenses.
Public holidays – price subject to agreement.
International transport – exact price confirmed before departure.

Team and scope of service

The service is provided by a team of 1 or 2 persons, depending on the situation.
The price list applies per transported patient.

Ordering party’s duty to inform

The ordering party must provide the team with information on:

  • the patient’s condition and diagnoses
  • mobility status and patient weight
  • infectious risk
  • risk of aggression or confusion
  • need for special equipment
  • access conditions (lift, stairs, parking, door codes)

Billing and payment terms

Payment: cash, card payment, bank transfer.
Invoice issued within 3 working days. Payment term – 7 calendar days.

Validity of the price list

* Prices apply to residents of Estonia.
This price list is valid from 01.04.2026.
